Roblox Rivals Weapons

The full Roblox Rivals arsenal — all 53 weapons, from free starter guns to top-shelf Contraband. Rivals publishes no damage or fire-rate numbers, so guns are gated only by rarity and Key cost. We merge that with a community-consensus meta tier and role for 46 of them so you can see not just what a weapon costs, but whether it is actually worth running. The remaining 7 are shown honestly as unranked.

How weapons & unlocks work
Weapons in Rivals are bought with Keys, the currency you earn from matches and from redeemable codes; some guns also drop from cases. There are three rarity tiers:
  • Standard — the cheapest tier and where the free default loadout lives (the Assault Rifle is a free Standard primary).
  • Prime — mid-priced Key purchases that round out most builds.
  • Contraband — the top of the cost ladder (e.g. Permafrost, the Armature Knife); strongest and most expensive.
Rarity sets the cost band, not the raw power — so the meta tier below matters more than the price tag.

What is the best weapon in Roblox Rivals?
For free players, the Assault Rifle is the most-cited best primary — it is a default loadout gun and sits high in every community tier list. Among paid guns, the Contraband Permafrost (freeze/slow burst) is the consensus top pick. For melee, the Scythe (dash) and Katana (bullet-deflect) lead. Rivals publishes no damage or fire-rate stats, so all tiers are creator/community opinion, not official numbers.
How do you unlock weapons in Roblox Rivals?
Most weapons are bought with Keys, the in-game currency you earn from matches and redeemable codes. A handful (like the Assault Rifle) are free defaults you start with. Higher-rarity Prime and Contraband guns cost more Keys, and some are gated behind cases or limited events. Use the Unlock and Cost columns in the table above to see the exact route for each weapon.
